A luscious passionfruit caramel ganache encased in a beautifully hand-painted chocolate shell. The passionfruit brings a bright, tropical lift to the richness of the caramel — a combination that is as surprising as it is delicious.

The details:
Each bonbon weighs approximately 19–20g — generous enough for 2–3 savoured bites.

The artwork:
Each bonbon begins with a rich hand-painted purple cocoa butter base. While still uncrystallised, the surface is gently drawn with a detailing tool—creating spontaneous, looping swirls that give each piece its own sense of movement. A final mist of white cocoa butter overlays the pattern, catching the light and adding contrast. The result is a playful exterior that hints at the bright flavour within.
