Where Yearn ships
Yearn ships with Australia Post, Express Post. Most orders arrive within 1-3 business days of dispatch however, remote areas can take longer.
Lead time and dispatch days
Yearn’s chocolates are made in small batches and dispatched on Mondays and Wednesdays, which keeps them out of warehouses and sorting centres for any longer than necessary.
- Orders placed from Friday 5pm to Wednesday 5pm (Melbourne time) are dispatched the following Monday.
- Orders placed from Wednesday 5pm to Friday 5pm are dispatched the following Wednesday.
These dispatch times apply to standard website orders. Corporate and larger orders are scheduled individually, so please get in touch to discuss your preferred timing. If any order needs a particular delivery date, call or email to arrange a suitable time.
Free shipping
Complimentary shipping applies to orders of $80 and over delivered to one address. For gifts going to several addresses, please place a separate order for each, or get in touch about a custom arrangement. Shipping for all other orders is calculated at checkout.
Signature on delivery
Orders are sent with signature on delivery to minimise the chance that your chocolates are left in the heat. If no one is home during the day, a work address is ideal. If no one can sign, the parcel is held at the nearest Post Office for collection.
If signature on delivery is inconvenient, please reach out when you make your order so alternative arrangements can be made.
Hot weather
During periods of extreme heat, Yearn may hold or reschedule an order so that each chocolate arrives as intended. If this is likely to affect your order, you’ll be contacted and adjustments made. For questions before purchasing, use the Contact icon on the website, or call or email.
