The Ingredients: 
Shell: Dark Couverture Chocolate
Filling: White Couverture Chocolate, Lemon puree, Butter, Honey, Sorbitol, Dextrose, Lemon Zest

The artwork:
Each shell is created using a two-layer airbrushing process. Three drops of yellow cocoa butter are placed into each mould cavity, then gently swept outward using bursts of air. The result is a glowing, sun-washed finish that blooms across the surface — like catching the golden hour on chocolate. The layered tones of lemon and amber evoke warmth, light, and the promise of something bright beneath.
