Four bonbons dressed in a dark, moody shell. Inside, a luscious salted (not salty) caramel ganache. Crafted with 54% dark couverture chocolate, this bonbon finds the perfect balance between richness and sweetness.

The artwork:
Each shell is created through a 2-step technique. First, a mix of three drops of black cocoa butter and two drops of natural cocoa butter is carefully coaxed around the mould using variations in air pressure. The final step is a thin layer of white cocoa butter. The result: organic, moody patterns — no two shells are alike. As such, your bonbons will be slightly different than those pictured below.

Each bonbon weighs approximately 19–20g — an elegant 2–3 bite experience.
