A bright, tropical indulgence—these bonbons are delicately balanced between tart and sweet, with a soft mouthfeel that lingers on the palate. The passionfruit caramel filling brings a gentle acidity that’s wrapped in a rich Belgian 54.5% dark couverture chocolate shell.

The details:
Each bonbon weighs approximately 19–20g — generous enough for 2–3 savoured bites.

The artwork:
Each bonbon begins with a rich hand-painted purple cocoa butter base. While still uncrystallised, the surface is gently drawn with a detailing tool—creating spontaneous, looping swirls that give each piece its own sense of movement. A final mist of white cocoa butter overlays the pattern, catching the light and adding contrast. The result is a playful exterior that hints at the bright flavour within.

Shell: Dark Couverture chocolate (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier [soy lecithin], natural vanilla) 
Filling: Passionfruit puree, White Couverture Chocolate (sugar 42.5%, cocoa butter 33.5%, whole milk powder 24%, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavour), sugar, Glucose.
