"THE LIME & BASIL" - 4 Lime & Basil Bonbons

What is in the box?
4 x 20g Lime & Basil bonbons each encased in a rich, dark shell made from 54% dark couverture chocolate. Inside, a smooth ganache infused with fresh basil and vibrant lime. The flavour unfolds in layers — the subtle notes of basil arrive first, then gently step aside as lime takes the spotlight.

The artwork:
Each shell is hand-finished using a combination of brushwork and airbrushing techniques. Four cocoa butter colours — citrus yellow, deep teal, black and crisp white — are layered and speckled. The result is a vivid, painterly finish.

The details: Each bonbon weighs approximately 19–20g — generous enough for 2–3 savoured bites.

Ingredients: Shell: Dark Couverture chocolate (Cocoa Mass 54%, Sugar 33.49%, Cocoa Butter 13.87%, Emulsifier (Soy Lecithin), Vanilla Madagascar) Filling: White Couverture chocolate (sugar 42.5%, cocoa butter 33.5%, whole milk powder 24%, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavour), Cream, Lime purée, Dextrose,  Butter, Glucose syrup, Sorbitol.
